TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK ATTITUDE ON EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE

Abstract:

This study aimed to determine the influence of transformational leadership style And attitudes to employee performance at Southeast Sulawesi High Court office. This study used quantitative methods using a questionnaire. Sampling techniques used saturation sampling (census) of 57 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee’s performance in high court office in Southeast Sulawesi. Work attitudes have a substantial impact on employee’s performance in high court office in Southeast Sulawesi. Transformational leadership style and work attitude simultaneously have a significant influence on employees performance in high court office in Southeast Sulawesi.
