He came to Davao City from more than 10,000 miles away and more than 18 hours of travel on air. He flew here on a project for his organization, the London- based Institute for War and Peace Reporting. And my organization, on whose board of directors I seat, gave him a mission one day: to speak in Davao City to communication students and their teachers.
