Vermicomposting and fertilizer production for organic farming: Farmers choice for sustainable community development

Abstract:

Vermicomposting is an agricultural technology of utilizing species of worms in the production of natural or organic fertilizer and or soil conditioner. In the Philippines, farming without fertilizer application will always result to low production unlike in other countries whose top soils are very sufficient and abundant.
