The Patient’s Billing and Information System (PBIS) of Laguna Diagnostic Center was developed to provide the needs of the clients and improve the services of the center.
The study used descriptive research design. The staff of the LDC was interviewed to gather the needed data for the study. These data were used to identify the problems they encountered with the current system. Results showed that respondents find the system excellent since it can make transactions in their center faster. It was recommended that the center should have IT personnel for the system’s maintenance and monitoring. Because of the increasing number of patients, the center should provide a better service through the use of technology.
