This paper chronicled the development of the Giftedness Instruction for Talent (GIFT) Development Program of St. Paul College Pasig (SPCP). Through an autoethnographic qualitative method, the researcher, who is also the mind behind the program, described how the program developed as a result of an individual leaders‘ inspiration, charism, spirituality and passion for the educational mission of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC). The narratives highlight the influence of institutional priorities on an individual leader and the struggles an education community experiences as a result of change and innovation.
