This study was conducted to explore the Indigenous Knowledge and Practices in leadership and politics of the Bugkalot villages in Quirino through the qualitative research design using case study as the strategy of inquiry. Seven (7) information-rich elders were selected and interviewed in the study through the use of snowball sampling technique. Responses were recorded and analyzed using Rossman’s method. Results revealed that the tribe has rich indigenous knowledge and practices and these benefits the villagers in the province. However, some of their practices are no longer observed today.
