Customer Satisfaction on the Services and Amenities of Villa Escudero in Tiaong, Quezon

This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of the customers who visited Villa Escudero in Tiaong, Quezon. It focused on the satisfaction of the customers/tourists to its services and amenities.

The study also determined the socio-demographic profile of Villa Escudero customers in terms of age, civil status, gender, and occupation. The study used survey questionnaire to gather data from the respondents which were analyzed using descriptive and simple statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean value.

Results showed that the resort was rated very well by the guests in terms of its accommodation, food and

 beverage, recreational, conference room, attractions, and services.


The study recommended that the management of Villa Escudero should have a yearly evaluation on its services and amenities. Such undertaking will greatly improve the establishment as a tourist destination. Also, by doing this, the management will know which area/s in its services and amenities need improvements or would be maintained.
