A personality is a tool for building a relationship with other people. It is the way a person communicates and influences others. It can be nature itself or a choice. This study aimed to determine the Personality Types of Bachelor of Physical Education Students in Saint Michael College of Caraga. It was anchored on the theory of Myers-Briggs, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) of 16 personality types. The researchers used the descriptive method in conducting the study. The researchers used a questionnaire as the main instrument for data gathering as 88 respondents were involved in this study. Based on the findings, most of the respondents have a personality type of Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging (ESFJ), the Caregiver. Extraverted, Sensing, inking, Judging (ESTJ), which is the Director. Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging (ISFJ), which is the Protector. Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving (ISFP), which is the Artist. And, Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving (ESFP), which is the Performer. These types of personalities could be the characteristic of being a Bachelor of Physical Education Students. In addition, personality development helps you develop a positive perspective in life. A person with a negative perspective finds a tangle in each state of affairs. Moreover, temperament development plays a vital role in developing not solely your outer but your inner self.
