Most of the graduates performed very satisfactorily in the general education and fundamental 51 or 55.43%, 42 or 45.65%, no significant relationship between the LEA results and the cognitive factors. There is a significant difference between the performance of the fundamental subject and the major subject. No significant differences between the non-cognitive and the cognitive factors. The College of Agriculture Forestry and Cooperatives should revisit the retention policy to improve the licensure examination percentage.
