STUDENTS’ AWARENESS AND SATISFACTION ON STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SERVICES

Abstract:

This study focused on evaluating students’ awareness and satisfaction on student affairs and services offered in the university, including their extent of availment of the services offered by the unit. The researchers also identified the profile of the respondents as to sex, civil status, year level, and course. The inquiry also highlighted significant differences on the awareness and satisfaction of students on the student affairs and services when grouped according to their profile. Moreover, the relationship between awareness and satisfaction was also assessed. As such, results of the assessment showed that the respondents exhibited a high level of awareness and satisfaction on student affairs and services, and they showed a high level of availment of the latter. Also, there is a high level of satisfaction in the service evaluation of the unit. The respondents’ awareness and satisfaction on student affairs and services were positively correlated with substantial strength of relationship, indicating that the level of satisfaction increases as their awareness increases.
