WOWBatangas: An Android Based Tourist/Traveler Navigator Assistant

Abstract:

Cellular phones are today's most used technology in human decade. As phones become popular more and more people use it as the year come. Phones came from simple communication devices use by people and now it is widely use as all around portable mobile computers by people. The developers create an android application that helps to promote tourism in Batangas province and create a more efficient way of finding locations and destinations of people, especially the foreign tourist visiting the area. It will serve as a mobile map and reference in the province's available churches, hotels, malls, markets, parks, resorts, restaurants, and stations. It also shows important information that promotes the province. This provides accessible and portable application which can be used anytime at any place, because it can be installed on Android devices which meet the required specification.
