On the Nonexistence of Distance Regular Graphs Whose Γd (Α) is Isomorphic to the Generalized Quadrangle of Order (2,4)

Abstract:

Let Γ be a Distance Regular Graph with diameter d and valency k. We will show using the intersection Diagrams of Γ that there are no graphs whose Γd (α) is isomorphic to the Generalized Quadrangle Order (2, 4).
