Educational leadership in tertiary education plays a crucial role in the performance of the institution in a progressively competitive and knowledge-driven economy. In this advent of internationalization, the diversified types of organizational culture in various institutions require educational leaders to establish a high-level of conceptual and intellectual skills of the human workforce, which is the faculty. Hence, a quantitative study was steered to determine the impact of accreditation and professional growth as it is being associated with the organizational culture of the academe. Using the descriptive design, the study utilized modified survey instruments validated by experts in the field.
