TEACHERS' PERSPECTIVES OF ONLINE LEARNING BARRIERS TOWARD DESIGNING INTERVENTION PROGRAM

Abstract:

The implementation of online learning made institutions changes processes and delivery of instruction, and the learner's need to adjust to the new set-up of learning instruction. This study investigated the barriers in online education regarding technological, individual, domestic, institutional, and community, applying a mixed-method approach participated by Basic Education Division, Teachers. The result shows that technological barriers such as lack of technical skills, encountered a technical problem, and Internet connectivity issue is impediments in the successful online education process.
