This study is a proposed “Eat-All-You-Can” buffet restaurant that features pasta (spaghetti and carbonara), pizza (hawaiian pizza), chicken (original and spicy flavor), nachos, and desserts (roll cakes and ice cream) buffet meals. The proposed name of this buffet restaurant is Gusto’s Lair. It is to be located along Brgy. Halang, for it has been a well-known place for different kinds of food establishments, a destination for entrepreneurs and businessmen, specially, for new restaurants, café’s, fast food chains and other types of food businesses. The study determined the feasibility of establishing a buffet restaurant in Calamba City, Laguna. With no food establishment offering buffet services in the area, the proponents chose this study. To achieve its objective, the proponents reviewed literatures on buffet restaurant. Observational research was conducted to study the existing buffet restaurants, to benchmark on their current operations. Through survey questionnaire and financial analysis, significant data were gathered as the study followed the aspects of marketing, technical, organizational and management, financial, socio-economic and environment to support and prove its feasibility. As recommendation, the proponents encouraged future researchers to develop more marketing strategies to attract more customers other than the target market. Moreover, additional menus should be added for the customers to have variety of food to choose from.
