Companies nowadays encounter a huge number of applicants applying for limited job positions in ways that baffle them into carefully choosing the best out of the best among the qualified candidates. Such problems are also present in Mitsubishi Calamba as they accommodate a big number of applicants, thus urging them to use materials to determine a candidate’s best and worst traits that will greatly affect one’s work. To determine those traits, pre-employment assessment tests are administered. This study aimed to produce a system that will integrate the utilization assessment tests, namely the psychological tests, IQ tests and technical skills tests, which in turn will automate the pre- employment assessment procedures of Mitsubishi Calamba. The researchers used the descriptive research method to obtain responses and feedback from the systems’ supposed users, the HR Officers and Department Heads. Through the study, the researchers found that the system developed was able to help Mitsubishi Calamba lessen the time needed in the pre-employment assessment procedures. It could also replicate and improve the outputs and information needed in the said assessment procedures to select better candidates for hiring. For its recommendation, the features such as trend analysis, SMS notification and a mobile version of the app may be considered by future researchers to improve the current systems’ capabilities.
