The National Irrigation Administration is a government agency that is responsible for irrigation development and management. The Sta. Cruz River Irrigation System is one of the office managed by NIA Region 4A in Pila, Laguna. The office has a farmers’ management system being used; however, the billing clerk often encounters problems like run time error and delay in updating the records. Hence, this study aimed to develop a farmer’s management information system, 2D mapping and predictive analytics to improve the existing system of the National Irrigation Administration in Pila Laguna. The proposed management information system will record the farmers’ data and provide a master list of the farmers. The 2D mapping will serve as a tool to view the irrigation facilities in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Predictive Analytics will provide 7-day weather forecasts and 1-year rain-rate. It adopted the Iterative Waterfall Model and used the Likert scale to analyze the operation of the current system. The study discovered that the proposed system was acceptable to the respondents based on the criteria presented in the evaluation of the system.
