Calamba City Agricultural Services Department (CCASD) in City Hall, Calamba aims to: 1) deliver effectively the basic services extended by the City Government to its constituents, farmers and fisherfolks in particular; 2) improve the economic condition of farm families to a sustainable level; 3) effectively transfer new/improved technologies that is beneficial to the farmers/fisherfolks; 4) promote/encourage urban agriculture; and 5) provide technical assistance to farming communities. To help the administrators and employees of the CCASD in the processing of soil testing, this study proposed am automated system. Using a descriptive design, the researchers obtained the necessary feedback from the intended users, the administrators and employees of the department. The findings revealed that the system was able to help the CCASD reduce the time needed in recording data and generating reports from the results of the soil test. The researchers therefore recommended that the features such as algorithms, Google API or any other mapping software, and making an android app should be considered by the future researchers to improve the current system.
