The researchers aimed to develop a system focusing on a collaborative, dynamic and cost- effective employment portal solution for Public Employment Service Office in the City of Cabuyao. It is a web- based workforce assessment system that can help the PESO prioritize the citizens of Cabuyao in terms of job hunting. It aimed to identify if the applicants are legitimate citizens of Cabuyao and determine the jobs suitable to the applicants’ credentials. The researchers used the Iterative Waterfall Model, which allows them to return to previous phases until all requirements are met. Requirements Gathering, Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation were the phases they performed. They also used the descriptive research design in the study and gathered 16 respondents: 6 from the job seekers and 10 from PESO employees using the convenience sampling. Based on the assessment, the researchers concluded that the objectives needed were indeed achieved by the developed system. This was substantiated by establishing the system’s capability of demonstrating an innovative and efficient method of providing a more enhanced process of prioritizing applicants from Cabuyao in the job vacancies online. Furthermore, the implementation of the developed system would result to a great breakthrough on the enhancement of the company’s technological strength since up-to-date transactions were provided.
