Recent studies provide evidence that the HR Department plays a critical role in driving the engagement, motivation and creativity of employees in designing CSR activities relevant to the business objectives. This study aimed to produce the effects of assigning the promotion of CSR to the HR Department. The researchers used the descriptive research method mainly in getting responses and feedback from key persons of a company in Laguna, Philippines. Through the study, the researchers found that the HR traditional function employee relation is linked to the promotion of the CSR because the HR manages the welfare of the employees. Also, it was found that the training and development has a bigger part in providing seminars for the employees that could boost the relationship of the employees to the community. The researchers recommended that more insights may be considered by the future researchers which would greatly improve the promotion of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company.
