The primary objective of the study was to showcase some of the specialty products of Laguna in one convenient and accessible location so that the tourists can select from a wide-variety of choices in just one-stop. The business is named Laguna's Goods and Delicacies: A One-Stop Shop. It is a souvenir shop located at 119 Rizal St. Brgy. Poblacion II, Pagsanjan Laguna that offers majority of Laguna’s specialty products. It is a partnership-type of business where each of the proponents is an owner and has an equal share of fund to meet the required business capital. The market analysis revealed that there is a high demand of the products. The products’ marketability to the tourists of Pagsanjan, Laguna in the coming years could be expected, and thus, the proponents projected that the business would have a high profitability in the market. For the business to be more successful, a general manager, bookkeeper, cashier, and staff member would be hired. Promotional strategies such as social media advertisements, print advertisements, sponsorships, and the application of ambassadorships are utilized as these would be necessary for the growth of the business in the market. Its projected income statement showed that the business would experience an increase of net income in the following years based on the analysis of the financial, income, cash flow statements and the balance sheet.
