The purpose of the study was to determine the feasibility of opening a food stall in Calamba City, Laguna that would sell flavored fried chicken named Chix 22. This study used a survey and a market test to obtain feedback from the respondents regarding the product, and results showed that there is a growing demand for the product. The business’ production process and costs were examined for the overall operation, and it showed that the product’s selling price complies with the respondents’ preference and production cost. The business was evaluated by gathering data from the different areas in Calamba City to determine its possible location. The factors considered were a site with different stores where supplies needed for the business are available and the government agencies that provide the business permits to operate. The proponents were optimistic about the effect of the organizational structure on the business operation. The financial analysis, the project cost, and the operating cost revealed the feasibility of the business. After 1.90 years, the proponents would have their return on investment. In socio-economic and environmental aspects, the proponents could give an assurance that the business would have its good contribution to the society and the environment. The business owners would be in partnership with the company that deals with proper waste disposal and recycling.
