A Project Feasibility of Establishing PastaGo in Ipil-Ipil Street, Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City

Abstract:

Having a good meal is a must for a person to satisfy the body’s energy requirement so that he/she can normally perform his/her daily activities. Despite its known importance, some people skip meals for some reason. This research sought to propose PastaGo business as a go-to place of Letran students and employees and Bucal residents in Calamba City. Utilizing a descriptive research design with qualitative approach, the study recruited 95 respondents composed of college students and selected residents in Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City. The findings showed that 88% of the respondents were willing to buy the product. PastaGo business would incur a total cost amounting to P226,426.63, including the fixed asset and working capital. The researchers also discussed and explained initial major assumptions, target sources of funding, financial analysis tools and decision criteria, which were supported by financial statement that evaluated the project’s profitability, liquidity, cash solvency and growth over time. It was suggested that the future researchers must find entrepreneurs who would be willing to adopt this business project.
