A Tacsiapo wall is a wall where people could toss cups, plates, glasses and vases against the wall while yelling Tacsiapo, a term used when angry. Tacsiapo is an old Kapampangan word for pissed. The proposed Tacsiapo project would be located at Villa Mejia Public and Private Resort in Purok 5, Brgy. Pansol, Calamba, Laguna. This area is believed to offer a high probability of success since it is inside one of the famous resorts in Brgy. Pansol, Calamba, Laguna. In establishing the business, the proponents could help some of the employed and unemployed people living in Brgy. Pansol and other areas, thereby decreasing the number of unemployed people in the area and improving their standard of living. Sole proprietorship is the best way to establish the business due to its more adaptable decision-making, simplicity of control and operation, and adaptability in tax advantages. For the initial operation of the project, it would need an initial capital of 1,177,408.14, which includes the building, furniture, raw materials, utilities, license and permit. The net income will increase from 774,472.62 on its first year of operation to 1,342,458.27 on its fifth year.
