The objective of the study was to determine the feasibility of establishing a buffet restaurant in Calamba City, Laguna. This study proposed an “Eat-All-You-Can” buffet restaurant that features pasta (spaghetti and carbonara), pizza (Hawaiian pizza), chicken (original and spicy flavor), nachos, and desserts (roll cakes and ice cream) and buffet meals. The proposed name of this buffet restaurant is Gusto’s Lair, which will be located along Brgy. Halang since it has been a well-known place for different kinds of food establishments. To achieve its objective, the proponents looked at different kinds of literature that involves the study of a buffet restaurant. Observations were conducted on the business operations of existing buffet restaurants. Through survey and financial analysis, significant data were gathered. A through study on the aspects of marketing, technical, organizational and management, financial, socio-economic and environment was carried out to support and prove its feasibility. As a recommendation, future researchers may develop more marketing strategies to attract more customers other than the target market. Menus should be regularly improved for the customers to have variety of food to choose from.
