This project study focused on the design and fabrication of portable wastewater treatment using natural coagulants. The design is compliant with the Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004, which pursues a policy of economic growth through preservation, protection, and revival of the quality of the country’s fresh and marine water. This law applies to water quality management in all bodies of water including wastewater as it decreases and controls the pollution from human wastes. The product of the prototype would help conserve clean water by recycling and reusing wastewater by means of natural coagulation, flocculation, and filtration process. The main components of the portable wastewater treatment using natural coagulant are grease trap, coagulation tank, flocculation tank, clarifier, drying bed, and agitator. The designed system is proven to be less expensive than other existing wastewater treatments, and it is also feasible because the treated wastewater can be used for everyday cleaning purposes. Moreover, an improvement of the designed system to make the product of the prototype more precise is suggested.
