This study was conducted to compare the agronomic characteristics and yield performance of peanut as affected by the blanket application of vermicompost and different rates of potassium in peanut production. It was conducted at Quirino State University Maddela Campus from March 1 to June 30, 2020. Treatments include Treatment 1 (control), Treatment 2 (3 bags of 0- 060), Treatment 3 (3 bags of 0-0-60) and Treatment 4 (4 bags of 0-0-60). Agronomic parameters such as plant height at 30 and 60 days after planting (DAP), number of developed and undeveloped pods, fresh weight of pods per plant, fresh weight of pods per 5m2 sampling area, and yield per hectare were observed and recorded. Based on the result of the study, the application of the different rates of potassium contributed significantly to the higher number of developed and heavier pods over the control. Furthermore, the application of 3 or 4 bags of potassium had the heaviest fresh weight of pods.
