Technology has become inevitable in society and in the workplace. This study identified the planned HR services to be implemented with the use of technology, the readiness level of the respondents according to their age, department, and years of service, and the recommended inputs to an OD program. The data of this study showed that ages 31 to 40, the RFD Department, and those with 11 to 20 years of service had the highest level of readiness for the implementation of the technology enhanced HR services. These imply that the millennials are more ready for technological change. Also, the department where the employees work has an effect on the readiness level of the employees toward technology implementation. It was recommended that the results of the study be used as input in the formulation of the OD Program.
