This study focused on the work life balance of the employees of Company ABC as inputs to the development of a retention program. Results of this may help the employees to balance their work and life, specifically, in their time management, and it may also provide information to the company on how it can improve the employees’ work life balance in order to retain them. To gather the needed secondary data, journals, books, and the internet were used as references. Mixed research methods, on the other hand, were used to gather primary data, specifically, survey, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. Data gathered showed that the work life balance of the employees in company ABC was “Balanced”. The employee’s positive and negative perceptions about the Company’s work life balance factors revealed what needed to be improved and developed in its work life balance program and policies. The researchers recommended improvement in the company’s retention program, especially on the work life balance factors of family and social commitment, finance and medical and other benefits.
