Abstract:

This research explored Green Human Resource Management, a combination of Human Resource and Environmental Management, a phenomenon in today’s generation to promote sustainable development. If a company has an excellent compliance with consistent and data driven implementation of Green HRM, the company can serve as a role model to other companies within the same industry. Using a quantitative approach, this study measured if there was a significant difference between the level of compliance to and the level of implementation of Green HRM by Company ABC. A survey questionnaire adapted from earlier research was used. The data gathered were tabulated, scored, and interpreted using averaging and T-test to answer the research problems. The company got the mean scores of 4.67 and 4.66 for the level of compliance and implementation, respectively. This implies that Company ABC had an excellent compliance with a consistent and data driven implementation of Green HRM activities. With a p-value of 0.3319 at a 0.05 level of significance, it was concluded that there was no significant difference between the level of compliance and implementation of Green HRM when respondents were grouped according to profile of length of service and job position.
