The purpose of this quantitative study was to identify if there was a significant relationship between compensation and benefits satisfaction and performance of the employees of V-Kool Phils. Inc. The researchers surveyed 25 employees from different departments of the ABC Company. The performance evaluation of the respondents was provided by the HR Admin to validate their responses in the survey. Respondents of the study were within the age bracket of 20-25, mostly single, and had three years or less length of service. It was found out that the respondents were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with their compensation; it was just enough to sustain their daily needs. It was also noted that the HR Manager was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the employees’ performance. It was concluded that there was a highly significant relationship between compensation and benefits satisfaction and employee performance among the respondents. It was recommended that ABC Company use the results of this study to further improve the performance of the employees.
