This quantitative study determined if the career development program of Company ABC could be a basis for its succession planning; and evaluated the career development program if it is effective and objectively applied in the whole company. Nineteen employees in Company ABC aged not more than 47 and not lower than 21 were surveyed. The survey questionnaire in Likert scale covered self-assessment, career awareness, skill training, performance, and goal setting. In the analysis of the data, the researchers used chi-square statistics, cumulative scoring, and frequency distribution. Findings revealed that the management needed to improve its career development program, particularly, in trainings and development. There was also a need to improve employee engagement. Based on the results of the study, the researchers formulated a Career Development Program for Company ABC.
