The study determined the market potential of Pan De Ulam in Brgy. Turbina, Calamba City, Laguna, since many Filipinos eat pandesal regularly. The researchers conducted the study around JAM Liner Bus Terminal. As observed, foot traffic occurs in the area especially during peak season in the “JASON” months (January, August, September, October, November) and even during the lean season. This study intended to offer new product variant to the passengers in or nearby the terminal. The space for rent beside the Mister Donut in Turbina was chosen as a business site due to its strategic location inside the terminal. Marketing strategies would be used by the researchers to develop awareness and public relation with the target market in the area.
