Abstract:

This study determined the feasibility of establishing a garden-themed milk tea shop that specializes in serving customizable tea beverages in Tagaytay City, Philippines. Tagaytay City is rich in tourism, but does not have many milk tea shops in the area, let alone shops that allow full control over the customization of a beverage. With the increasing popularity of milk tea throughout the years in the Philippines, this food trend has now become a staple for many Filipinos. Thus, this study explored the origin and benefits of milk tea, the market for tea beverages and its demand, the plant location, the direct and indirect competition within the area, and the financial estimates. Primary data for this study were collected through observation and survey, while secondary data were collected through library and internet research.
