There was a projected demand of 63, 628 units in the first year, 64, 169 units in the second year, 64, 714 units in the third year, 65, 263 units in the fourth year, and 65, 818 units in the fifth year. Paws and Fur Park Hotel was considered feasible based on the positive net present value and the favorable results in financial projections.
