John Carlo Caacbay | Jonas Villanueva | Robin Joseph Ocampo

Abstract:

This study determined if the consumers would buy the services from the proposed motor shop despite the presence of other motor shops in Calamba, Laguna. It identified the brand choice of the consumers and examined the influence of consumption values on brand choice behavior in the Philippine market for new road motorcycles. Most motor shops lure consumers to buy more parts and accessories. This research surveyed motor shops from Bay to Calamba. Findings showed that consumption values do influence brand choice behavior in the Philippine market for new road motorcycles. It was deemed possible that the proposed business would survive because there are many motorist club members riding along Bay to Calamba who could easily see the proposed JRC Riders Shop. The survey also revealed that some consumers were willing to visit, buy and avail the services of the proposed business.
