A Project Feasibility Study on the Establishment of Gentlemen's Club Grooming Services in Halang, Calamba City, Laguna

Abstract:

The Gentlemen’s Club Grooming Services are for men seeking a place to ease themselves or loosen up. The proposed business would be in Barangay Halang, Calamba City since there were numerous residential houses near the building of the proposed business. With the growing market of work-weary people, this project feasibility study identified the demand and supply of barber shops within the 3-kilometer radius of the project site. This descriptive quantitative research surveyed 323 respondents, based on Cochran’s formula. The study found a growing demand for haircuts in Calamba City because the population was increasing, however, the supply for haircuts was growing even quicker than the demand. Nevertheless, it was found that there was still sufficient unsatisfied demand for the business to start operation. As a recommendation, the researchers encouraged future entrepreneurs to consider making a growth and expansion plan to further increase the profitability of the business. Furthermore, they suggested exploring other alternative suppliers in case of unavailability of the business needs in the future.
