Abstract:

Boiler is the heart of the company and it is the most important equipment in the production. Its maintenance and upgrades should be conducted by the company not only to improve the boiler’s performance but also to improve the company’s production and income. Boiler efficiencies have a big impact on production. Higher efficiency boilers help to attain and achieve the required production capacity of a company. In this study we aimed to improve the boiler operation of Franklin Baker. The Franklin Baker has three boilers that operate for 12 days. This study also aimed to improve the working or operation days so that the company can maximize its operating time. Franklin Baker is one of the top producers of coconut products here in the country and to improve their present production, the researchers analyzed and developed some solutions that could improve the company’s boiler efficiency and extend their production days.
