his descriptive study evaluated the tourists’ experiences in visiting the National Shrine and Parish of Saint Padre Pio in Brgy. San Pedro, Santo Tomas, Batangas based on the 4As of tourism product: accessibility, amenities, accommodation, and attraction. Using quantitative approach, the researchers surveyed the tourists of the National Shrine. Results revealed that most of the tourists’ expectations exceeded the 4As of tourism product provided by the National Shrine. The researchers had also identified the factors that got the highest and lowest mean on each 4A of tourism product. The researchers came up with the following recommendations. To the Management of the National Shrine and Parish of Saint Padre Pio, to provide more signages so that the visitors can go around the area easily; to expand the parking area; to maintain the eco-friendly setting environment of the National Shrine; to let the senior citizens feel that they are being prioritized; and, to be more attentive to the needs of the pilgrims and tourists. For future researchers, to explore a similar in-depth case study; and for the Tourism students of Letran Calamba, to use this case study to help them acquire better understanding of the 4As of tourism product so that they could also delve in similar research in the areas which had not been explored in this study.
