The study determined the academic performance of the Education graduates of UM Digos College in relation their 2004 LET result. Using descriptive correlation method as research design, Student’s Permanent Record (SPR) and LET ratings as instruments, with percentage, mean, multiple regression analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis, t-test, and F-test as statistical tools, results showed that significant relationship existed between BEED and BSED LET overall ratings and academic performances of students in General and Professional Education subjects but not in the field of specialization. Results suggested that Peer Study Networking should be embarked through the aid of different academic clubs in the Education Program and that individual coaching and reviews should be given as follow-up for the reviewees.
