Abstract:
Self-esteem is a complex psychological structure whose changes are influenced by various factors.
Thus, burnout is a stress- related disorder that arises when a person is subjected to prolonged stress
without obtaining respite. Hence, these constructs affect the academic performance of the students.
This study investigates the relationship between self-esteem and burnout among college students
during the school year 2021-2022. Based on the statistical analysis, there is a significant relationship
between self-esteem and burnout (r= .142).
