This study dealt with the evaluation of University of Mindanao Computer Studies (UMCS) On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program to further improve existing OJT policies. The respondents were UMCS students, OJT teacher-coordinators, and training stations’ supervisors. Under evaluation are the extent of provision of the training agreement, the students’ level of competency in school and during the OJT, the level of performance of the training stations’ supervisor, and the level of performance of the OJT teacher-coordinator. Significant differences on the following were determined: a) the extent of provision of the training agreement, b) the level of competency of the students acquired in school, c) the level of competency of the students acquired during OJT, d) the level of competency of the training stations’ supervisor, and e) the level of competency of the OJT teacher-coordinator. The existing policies and resources have been investigated to enhance the students’ career development plans in terms of their competencies and behavior to working environment.
