The proposed product would be named “Coco-ginger cookies” since its two main ingredients are coconut and ginger. The cookie would be marketed as a healthy and variety cookie.

The study aimed to expand the business through widening the range of target market and to produce new variety of cookies.

It would be a home-based small scale business that would manufacture a new product called “Coco-ginger cookie and the company’s name would be “Kookie Jar.”

The total project cost of the proposed business would be Php 300,000.00 which includes Php 96,877.00, Php 108,097.75, and Php 40,622.85 for fixed assets. It was found out that the proposed product is feasible, viable, and profitable. The PI or BCR is 1.27. The payback period would take 3 years and 55 days.
