Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the strategies utilized by the Level IV nursing students of Letran Calamba in terms of gender, financial status of the family, and the ordinal position in the family. It also aimed to determine the significant differences between stressors and coping strategies as well as the demographic profiles of the respondents.  The study employed the descriptive research design and data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, ANOVA, and chi-square test.  Findings revealed that there is a significant difference in terms of gender and stressors of the Level IV nursing students of the Colegio in preparation for their NLE. However, there is no significant difference in the financial status and ordinal position in the family but there is a significant difference in terms of gender and coping strategies of the students.
