Abstract:

This study explores the positive psychological well-being of college students and the role of school-based guidance counseling. The research design is a sequential design that involves both screening (quantitative phase) and interviews (qualitative phase). Based on the quantitative and qualitative findings, the study identified specific components that anchor the proposed program for promoting positive psychological well-being among college students. These components are directly informed by the strengths and areas for improvement identified in the study, as well as the themes extracted from students' subjective experiences. Moreover, implications were discussed in the study.
