Abstract:

This paper discusses the design and development of a 3D role-playing game using Unity Engine that features the Epic of Indarapatra and Sulayman as an interactive educational game. It aims to incorporate the featured epic folklore in the game to encourage players to develop an appreciation of literary forms in games. The paper explains the challenges encountered in developing mobile games as an educational game as well as the technical approaches in utilizing software tools used in the development process.
