This study employed descriptive-correlational research. The respondents of this study were the one hundred two (102) Third-year BS Radiologic Technology who are currently enrolled in Universidad de Zamboanga. Sampling was calculated using the Rao soft calculator which resulted in 102 respondents, out of the total population of 137. A self-made questionnaire was used where the reliability was determined using Cronbach’s Alpha and revealed that each item resulted in excellent internal consistency under knowledge (0.903), attitude (0.959), and practice (0.926). The results showed that the general weighted mean for the level of psychosocial well-being was 2.90 and verbally interpreted as High, which means that they are happy, content in life, well supported by their parents or guardians and they are less associated with problems in their lives. The general weighted mean for academic problems was 2.56 and verbally interpreted as often, which means that they are less distracted by academic problems but have difficulty in expressing themselves that affects their social interaction and just need practice, time, and motivation to boost their confidence. The general weighted mean for coping strategies is 3.08 where it was verbally interpreted as Often, which means that adjustment and adaptation of the students with regards to their coping strategies will rely on their problems and challenges encountered in their daily lives. The study also revealed that there was a significant relationship between the respondents’ level of psychosocial well-being and academic problems as shown by the computed Pearson r of 0.298, and a p-value was computed as 0.002 at a 0.01 level of significance.
