Level of Stress on Limited Face to Face Among Medical Technology Students

Abstract:

This study aimed to determine the Level of Stress on Limited face to face among the Medical Technology students of Universidad de Zamboanga. Specifically, the research answered the following questions: 1. What is the level of stress on limited face to face among the respondents in terms of Physical Stress, Social Stress, Mental Stress and Emotional Stress: 1.1. Physical Stress; 1.2. Social Stress; 1.3. Emotional Stress; 1.4. Mental Stress 2. Is there a significant difference in level of stress on limited face to face among respondents? 3. Is there a significant difference in the level of stress in limited face to face class among the respondents when grouped according to their profile? The research design that was utilized in the conduct of this study was descriptive research design involving a range of qualitative research methods. The study was conducted online through a platform called Google form. There were one hundred thirtythree (133) Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology students who participated in completing this study in which all of them were third year. The statistical tool that was used to determine the sources of stress, and level of stress on limited face-to-face classes among medical technology students was Weighted Mean and to determine the significant difference in the level of stress in limited face to face class among the respondents when grouped according to their profile was a T-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Based on the findings of the study, result shows that the level of stress on the limited face-to-face class of the respondents is average. It also shows that the level of stress of the respondents was predominantly high in Mental Stress. In addition, there is a significant difference between the levels of stress on the limited face-to-face classes among respondents. Moreover, there is no significant difference in the level of stress among the respondents when grouped according to their profile.
