Satisfaction Assessment among School of Education, Arts and Sciences Students of Universidad de Zamboanga

Abstract:
This study aimed to assess the satisfaction of the School of
Education, Arts and Sciences students towards the service quality
delivered by their university. Specifically, it answered the following
questions: What is the demographic profile of the respondents?
What is the level of satisfaction among respondents in terms of
instruction quality, school facilities, and school services; Is there a
significant difference in the level of satisfaction among students
when their profile is considered? One hundred and three (103)
student-respondents participated in this study. The findings
revealed that the majority of the respondents are Tausug female
sophomore students who are enrolled in the Bachelor of
Elementary Education program. Their level of satisfaction in terms
of instruction and facilities is very high and in terms of services,
their satisfaction level is high. Moreover, the study also found that
there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction of the
respondents in terms of instruction and facilities when they are
grouped according to their profile. However, their level of
satisfaction in terms of services differs. Based on the findings of
the study, the following conclusions are drawn: Most of the
respondents were second-year Tausug female students taking the
Bachelor of Elementary Education program; The level of
satisfaction of the respondents in terms of instruction and
facilities is very high. Their level of satisfaction with the facilities is
high. There is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction of
the respondents in terms of instruction, facilities and services
when they are grouped according to sex, program, level, and
ethnicity.
