Abstract:

Isa si Robert Hockett sa nagsusulong ng demokratisasyon ng pinansyal na mundo. Una, para buksan ang pinto sa mga nasa labas nito. Pangalawa, para ipasailalim ang pinansyal na mundo sa pamumuno ng marami (ang demos sa demokrasya) imbes na iilan. Dahil nga, kapag iilan lang ang namumuno, iilan lang din ang nagbebenipisyo (Hockett 2022, 38).
